Happy Easter!
My to do list was not long enough. I ran out of things before 11am. C was at work all day and only our quietest child is home. I made and drank waaaaayyy to much coffee. I am now sitting and thinking about all of the things I want to do and attempting to make goals. Maybe I should take up more hobbies? Stained glass? Start reading more seriously? The possibilities are endless!
It was Easter so we stopped by my mothers-in-law's home for lunch and went home.
Ultimately, I gave Hank, our oversized golden newfie, an in-home grooming. I never found the time before and he badly needed it. He is a lover and honestly didn't mind a spa and nail day. And C will be profoundly happy that our cuddly beast will not be shedding all over the house. :)
Once C was home, we struggled to find something to do. We cuddled up on the couch together and read from our own books. It was nice to have the time together, but also to enjoy our own separate interests...not debating which type of tv show to watch for the night.
